- Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, unless appointment is rescheduled.
- Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, the full treatment selection may not be available. If this should happen you spa therpaist will suggest a comparative alternative.
- Refunds are offered for all unopened products accompanied by a receipt. Unopened products without a receipt can be exchanged for either a service or product. We regret, we cannot exchange or refund products that have been used or opened.
- Relaxation and results achieved with the spa treatments can be further promoted through daily practice. Your therapist will be happy to recommend a home care regimen to continue your treatment at home.
